All information on how to enter this competition forms part of these Terms and Conditions of entry. By entering this competition, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

Promoter Information

The Promoter of this competition is Mount Sheridan Plaza, 106 Barnard Drive, Mt Sheridan 4868 QLD, ABN No. 68 266 146 096.

Eligibility

• Entry is open to legal residents aged 18 and over living in the FNQ region, including Cairns Regional, Cassowary Coast, Tablelands, and Douglas Shire council catchment areas. Employees working at Mt Sheridan Plaza are ineligible to enter.

Entry Requirements

• To enter, participants must spend $50 or more at any Mt Sheridan Plaza retailer during the promotional period (June 10-July 8, 2025), and write their full name, contact number and postcode on the receipt and place it in the barrel at the display in Centre Court.
• Multiple entries are accepted, however, receipts can only be used once. Misuse of receipts may result in disqualification from this and possibly future competitions run by The Promoter.

Prize Information

The prize is 1 x Weber Family Q LP BBQ valued at $899, and a gift voucher for Mr Meats valued at $200.

General Terms

1. 1 Winner will be drawn after the competition ends at 12 noon on Tuesday, July 8, 2025. The Promoter’s decision is final.
2. The winner will be notified by phone. If a winner cannot be reached within two days, another winner will be drawn.
3. Winners must visit the Centre within 2 weeks of notification to collect their prize. If the prize is uncollected, it will be considered forfeit and another winner will be drawn.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in improper conduct.
5. The Promoter may request proof of eligibility. Failure to provide suitable proof may result in forfeiture of the prize.
6. Winners must sign a prize form upon prize collection.
7. Any issues with prizes must be directed to the prize retailer and their own T&Cs apply, such as warranties. The Promoter can provide retailer details upon request.
8. The winner’s name may be published on social media, and the winner may be asked to participate in publicity photos without compensation.
9. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
10. Personal information collected for this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act. Entrants consent to their information being used for competition administration.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time without prior notice. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, The Promoter may substitute it with a prize of lesser value.
