1. Eligibility
Participation is open to shoppers aged 18 years and over. Staff employed by Mount Sheridan Plaza retailers, Centre Management staff and tradespersons working on-site are not eligible.
2. Promotion Period
Random shopper selections will take place at Mount Sheridan Plaza on Friday, 13 November 2026 only.
To be eligible, shoppers must make a purchase within the Centre on this date. Prize selections will cease once the $1,000 prize pool has been exhausted.
3. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random and notified on the spot.
If a selected shopper declines to participate, another shopper will be selected.
4. Prize Details
- The maximum prize value per winner is $300, subject to the remaining prize pool.
- No minimum spend is required.
- If the purchase exceeds the amount awarded, the shopper must pay the difference.
- Each person may win only once during the promotion.
- The total prize pool is $1,000.
5. Excluded Purchases
The following purchases are not eligible:
- Tobacco and associated products.
- Alcohol.
- Gift cards.
- Services, including medical, dental, physiotherapy, tax agent, X-ray, post office and banking services.
6. Verification
Winners must sign an acknowledgment confirming that Mount Sheridan Plaza has paid for their items and provide a copy of their tax invoice or receipt for auditing purposes.
7. Publicity
Mount Sheridan Plaza may ask to photograph winners for promotional purposes, including use on social media.
Participation in photography is voluntary, and no additional compensation will be provided.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mount Sheridan Plaza and its associated agencies accept no liability for any loss, damage or injury, including indirect or consequential loss, arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize.
Any issues or faults with purchased goods must be directed to the retailer where the items were purchased.
9. Changes to the Promotion
Mount Sheridan Plaza reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, including the promotion period or prize details, if required.
