EVENT CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
By attending this event, you accept the following Terms and Conditions:
Parental supervision: All children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians accept full responsibility for their children and must supervise them at all times.
Footwear: Footwear must be worn at all times, except when using the jumping castles. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their children have adequate foot protection. Failure to do so is at the attendee’s own risk, and attendees accept responsibility for any resulting accidents.
Photography and video: Photographs and video footage may be taken during the event by Mount Sheridan Plaza staff and other attendees. Anyone who does not wish to be photographed or recorded in any way should not attend the event.
Use of event photographs: Mount Sheridan Plaza may use photographs taken during the event for promotional and publicity purposes, including posting on Facebook, without further reference, payment or other compensation. Mount Sheridan Plaza accepts no responsibility for photographs taken by other attendees. If you have concerns about anyone photographing your children, please speak to Security or event staff.
Third-party providers: Some activities and staff are provided by third-party companies, which may have their own rules and terms that are not included in this document. Please observe all signage and follow the instructions provided. Any issues involving these providers must be directed to the relevant company.
Activity suitability: Some activity areas may include music, flashing lights, scary images, moving props, artificial smoke or dry ice, low lighting and other features that may cause distress, fear or irritation, or trigger medical conditions. Parents and guardians should assess whether each activity is suitable for their children before allowing them to participate.
FOOD ALLERGY NOTICE
Confectionery for this event has been purchased from online Australian confectionery suppliers and may contain milk, eggs, wheat, soybeans, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish and other ingredients or allergens.
Lollies distributed at this event are not recommended for anyone with food allergies. Mount Sheridan Plaza will not be held liable for any issues arising from the consumption of food at this event.
Dietary requirements have not been catered for, including gluten-free requirements, coeliac disease, food allergies or sensitivities.
Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children’s food consumption. Some lollies may present a choking hazard. We recommend that children remain seated and supervised while eating.
LOLLY JAR GUESSING COMPETITION
Eligibility: Entry is open to all participants aged 18 and under.
Competition period: The competition opens when the display and entry forms are made available and closes at the end of the event, when the display and entry forms are removed.
How to enter: Entrants must guess how many lollies are contained in the display, record their guess and details on an entry form, and place the completed form in the entry barrel.
Winner selection: Entries will be collected on the Monday following the event. The first entry drawn from the entry barrel with the correct guess will be declared the winner.
Prize: The winner will receive all the lollies contained in the display case.
Prize collection: The winner’s parent or guardian must collect the prize from Centre Management and sign a prize form.
Collection deadline: The winner has up to two weeks to collect the prize.
Prize restrictions: The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other prizes.
Entry ownership and disposal: All entries become the property of the Promoter. After the winner has been selected and the prize collected, entries will be placed in a locked shredder box for disposal.
Winner photograph: The winner may be asked to have their photograph taken. Any such photograph remains the property of Mount Sheridan Plaza and may be used for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without further reference, payment or other compensation.
