50+Club Terms & Conditions

In joining this club, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  • Members must, without exception, be over 50 years of age to participate in this membership club.
  • Members must show their 50+ Club Card to obtain promotional offers.
  • Membership cards may not be collected by any other person other than the member.
  • A member may cancel their membership at any time by contacting Centre Management.
  • A member should notify Centre Management of any change of address, or of a lost or stolen card.
  • Only members who have ticketed the box to receive the newsletter and other special offers by email will be contacted.
  • Offers and discounts promoted in this membership club may change at any time without notice to members. It is the member’s sole responsibility to confirm with the participating store whether a promotional offer is valid, however, Mount Sheridan Plaza will endeavour to keep offers up to date and make any changes required as quickly as possible.
  • Photos taken during any 50+ Club promotional event may be used by Mount Sheridan Plaza for marketing purposes without compensation to you.
  • Personal data collected on this form will be stored in accordance with the Privacy Act and will not be shared with any third party.
  • To the extent permitted by law, Mount Sheridan Plaza is not liable for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction suffered by members arising from items purchased by retailers participating in this program.
  • Mount Sheridan Plaza gives no warranty as to the continuing availability of the 50+ Club.
  • Mount Sheridan Plaza reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at its own discretion with no notice to members.
  • Mount Sheridan Plaza may, at its own discretion, terminate members from the 50+ Club without prior notice. A member, whose membership is cancelled by Mount Sheridan Plaza or by the member themselves, will no longer have access to promotional offers or any other related benefits of the 50+ Club.
