By entering and participating in this promotion, an entrant is indicating their agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility:
Entry is open to residents of Far North Queensland living in the Cairns Regional Council, Cassowary Coast, Douglas, and Tablelands areas.
Contestants must be aged 18 or over.
Employees of Mt Sheridan Plaza and Retailers, including their immediate family members, are ineligible to enter.

6. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any injury caused by, or dissatisfaction with, any prize item. Any complaint and resolution is to be done directly with the retailer who provided the item.
