Mt Sheridan Plaza Santa Photos 2024 – Terms and Conditions

By participating in Santa Photos 2024, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which form a binding agreement with Mount Sheridan Plaza and Romy Photography. If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from participating. The Promoter is Mount Sheridan Plaza, 106 Barnard Drive, Mt Sheridan, Qld, 4868 (ABN: 68 266 146 096).

General Entry

Risk: Entry to the Santa Photo area is at your own risk.
Booking: Bookings are recommended to secure your session; walk-ins are welcome, but availability is subject to the schedule.
Booking Changes: To modify or cancel an online booking, please follow the instructions in the booking system.
Arrival Time: Please arrive on time and join the Online Bookings queue located opposite Woolworths.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, you may be required to rebook. Please see Romy Photography staff.

 Photo Session Details

Booking Verification: Present your booking details upon entry.
Gift and Interaction: Each child will receive a gift from Santa and may have a brief chat with him if time permits.
Photo Selection: After your session, proceed to the front counter to view and select your photos. Two packages are available, with additional add-ons.
Payment: Romy Photography accepts both cash and card payments to confirm your order. If you’re dissatisfied with your photos, please speak to Romy Photography staff before completing your purchase.

How to Enter: Book online and attend Santa Photos during the first 10 days of sessions (Nov 30-Dec 1, Dec 5-8, & Dec 12-15), and you could win a $35 or $50 package! Romy Photography will randomly select winners on the day.

Conduct and Supervision

Parental Responsibility: Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children in the activity area.
Staff Directions: Please follow all instructions given by Romy Photography staff.
Footwear and Food: Footwear is required, and food or drinks are not allowed in the Santa Photo area.
Animals: Only registered assistance dogs are permitted, and must remain seated on the grass. Other animals may be allowed at Romy Photography’s discretion.
Health: Anyone feeling unwell should refrain from entering the Santa Photo area.
Supervision: Parental/guardian supervision of children is mandatory. Parents/guardians may be held accountable for any damage caused by children to the set or equipment.

Liability and Cancellations

Mount Sheridan Plaza and Romy Photography are not responsible for the actions or conduct of individuals at the event, nor any damage, theft, or issues caused by others.  In cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather or equipment failure), sessions may be canceled without notice. If this occurs, efforts will be made to reschedule. Mount Sheridan Plaza and Romy Photography are not liable for any associated costs or inconveniences.

Privacy and Communication

By participating, you consent to the use of your information by Mount Sheridan Plaza, Romy Photography, and the booking system (Square) for scheduling and communication purposes, including text messages, emails, and reminders.

Marketing Consent: You may opt-in to receive future marketing communications, such as newsletters or early-bird event notifications, from Mount Sheridan Plaza. You may opt-out at any time by contacting Mount Sheridan Plaza.

Amendments

Mount Sheridan Plaza and Romy Photography reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions as necessary.
