Terrific Tessellations

Tessellations are a fun, hands-on way to explore how shapes can be arranged or tiled without gaps to create amazing patterns. In this free school holiday activity, kids can explore a variety of tessellations and make their own unique patterns to create a stunning piece of artwork on paper, an A3 photo frame, or a canvas bag to take home.
Cairns Children’s Museum is running this workshop in their room near Kmart on September 16, 17 & 18 from 9:30am-12:30pm. Free, no bookings are required, however, parent/guardian supervision is required.
