Whatever your child’s age or interests, Mount Sheridan Plaza has you covered these school holidays.

The Plaza is running several activities to keep the kids entertained when school holidays begin on September 24.

“We’re celebrating Halloween with a TRICK and TREAT themed programme with a succession of exciting and entertaining activities. There will be a great range of options to keep the kids busy over the school break” Says Kay Judd Marketing and Customer Experience Manager.

Week 1, Kids can let their creative flair run wild, creating and decorating their very own trick or treating bag that they can bring back and use at the huge TRICK or TREATING event on Wednesday October 31 from 3pm-6pm. Enjoy entering the colouring in competition and watch and interact with Flip’s daily magic show at 10am and 11am in centre court.

 

Partnering with the talented Flip Ripley ” Flip is an International Sensation of Comic Talents entertaining Cairns Families for over 20 years. His Magic Variety Shows have been a big hit at Resorts, Schools, Events and Family Parties. Shows and Roving Characters. Laughter and Smiles are sure results in his Interactive presentations. Combining Verbal and Physical Comedy Flip knows just the right Tricks and Quips to keep his audiences Amazed and Entertained. Do not miss your chance to see him from Monday.

Week 2, have fun decorating your own donut and cookie and for the chance to WIN 1 of 10 prizes enter the colouring in competition.

Entry to all activities and entertainment is free and there is no need to book. The Plaza’s Holiday Activities, aimed at those aged 4-15, begin on week 1 on Monday September 24 concluding Friday September 28. Moving through to week 2 from Tuesday October 2 to Saturday October 6.

“It’s often hard keeping the kids entertained over the school holidays, but with so many wonderful activities, shows and workshops on offer, it’s never been easier to fill in the days,” Says Angela Liversage Centre Manager.
