Mount Sheridan Plaza welcomes Santa, Peter Rabbit and friends as they turn Mount Sheridan Plaza into a Christmas Wonderland of excitement and fun. Shoppers will be treated to the arrival of Santa Claus on Saturday 17th November from 9:00am. Santa will begin at the Coles entrance and make his way to centre court.

Hundreds are expected to attend the annual Mount Sheridan Plaza Christmas concert and carnival where children’s favourites Peter Rabbit and Friends will perform throughout the day highlighting the special arrival of Santa.

Join Santa, Peter Rabbit and friends as he arrives from the North Pole. Meet his elves, Mini Zoomers (taipans mini squad), The White Wizard with a stunning and theatrical Magic show, performances from Cairns Youth Orchestra and Cairns Junior Choral Society and Hambledon State School Choir.

The fun doesn’t stop there, Peter Rabbit will be performing his show taking the audience on a song and dance, problem-solving journey; children will be able to participate in sing a longs, choreographed routines and work with the host and her helpers to get Peter Rabbit back to his normal self. Shows at 11:00am and 1:00pm and children will have the opportunity to meet and Greet Peter Rabbit at 10:00am and 12noon.

Children and adults alike will have the opportunity to meet Santa Claus who will have a sack full of special giveaways. Children can have their photo taken with Santa and put in any late requests for presents before he sets off on his long journey to deliver all his gifts to children around the world.

Santa will be a permanent resident at Mount Sheridan plaza from November 24 until Christmas Eve Saturday 24th December will daily photo opportunities from 10:00am to 2:00pm in centre court.
