DURATION OF COMPETITION
This promotion will commence at 4:30pm on January 23, 2024, and ends at 12 noon Wednesday, February 14, 2024.
ELIGIBILITY
Entry is open to residents aged 18 and over living in Cairns. Cassowary Coast, and Tablelands Regional Council catchment areas.
Persons working at Mount Sheridan Plaza are ineligible to enter.
Participants can only enter on their behalf, with a maximum of 1 entry per day.
Entering details of another person will deem the entry as void.
HOW TO ENTER & PRIZE INFORMATION
To enter, scan the QR code at the display and complete the online form. No proof of spend is required. The Prizes are listed above and are valued at approximately $550.00.
GENERAL TERMS AND PRIZE COLLECTION
The first entry drawn at random by WOOBOX that meet all eligibility requirements will be the winner, however, if the Promoter is unable to make contact with the winner after 2 business days, then the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will redraw and continue in this fashion until a winner is found. The Promoter’s decision is final and conclusive and no comment or correspondence will be entered into.
The winner is required to show ID as proof of identity when collecting the prize. The winner is required to sign the Promoter’s Prize form. The prize must be collected from Mt Sheridan Plaza during business hours within 2 weeks of notification.
The Promoter will not be involved any further regarding the prize. Any questions and issues are to be directed to the prize suppliers. The prize is not refundable and cannot be exchanged for other items.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, accident, or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to) direct or consequential loss or for personal injury as a result of the prize.
The winner must make himself/herself available for a photo if required by the Promoter. The Promoter has the right to use photos for promotional purposes without compensation to the winner. Entrants acknowledge that the Promoter has the right to publicise and publish his/her name on social media. Usually, this entails first name, or first name and initial as to the full name of the winner to protect privacy.
