Competition Terms & Conditions:

1. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to persons aged 18 years of age and over attending the Cairns Show on July 19-21, 2023.
3. The prize is 5 x $100 Gift Cards as per the following: $100 at Woolworths, $100 at Coles, $100 at Kmart, $100 at Tazmyrtle Designs, $100 at Kaisercraft.
4. 1 winner will be chosen at random on Monday 24 July and contacted via the information provided on the entry. If the winner is unable to be contacted within 24 hours, a second winner will be drawn and so forth. The Promoter decision is final and conclusive and no comment or correspondence will be entered into.
5. The winner will need to show ID to collect their prize and are required to sign the Promoter’s Prize Form. If the winner sends someone else to collect, this can be arranged and this person will need to present ID and sign in the winner’s place on the Prize Form. The prize will not be mailed.
6. The winner has up to 2 weeks of notification to collect the prize from Centre Management or the prize will be forfeited.
7. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to disqualify any individual who the Promoter reasonably believes has breached any of the terms and conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct, calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition.
8. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any injury, damages, expenses, or loss whatsoever (whether direct or consequential) to persons or property, as a result of any person entering into the competition or accepting or using any prize. 
9. Any issues or questions regarding the prize must be directed to the company where the prize is from. The prize – Gift Cards – have their own Terms & Conditions which apply and exist outside these Terms & Conditions.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or change the competition at any stage without notifying any entrants for any reason. If any circumstances out of The Promoter’s control mean that the competition prize advertised is not available, The Promoter reserves the right to (without prior notice): (a) cancel the promotion; and or (b) substitute the competition prize for another amount of less value.
11. All entries and subsequent information become the property of the Promoter and will be used in accordance with the Privacy Act, and you consent to us using the information given on the entries form for the purposes of the general administration and for marketing purposes including adding to our monthly newsletter which can be declined at anytime. Entrants can also request the Promoter remove or correct information at anytime.
12. Entrants acknowledge that the Promoter has the right to publicise and publish the winner’s name on social media and the winner must make himself/herself available for a photo with their prize if required.  Photos may be used for publicity purposes, such as a photo on Facebook announcing them as a winner with their prize) without compensation to the winner.
