Eligibility:
Entry is open to all shoppers aged 18 years and over, excluding staff from Mt Sheridan Plaza retailers, Centre management, and tradespersons working on-site.
Promotion Period:
Random shopper selections will take place on weekdays from November 13 to November 27, 2025, at Mt Sheridan Plaza. To be eligible, shoppers must purchase within the Centre during this period.
Winner Selection:
Winners will be chosen at random and notified on the spot. If a selected shopper chooses not to participate, another shopper will be selected.
Prize Details:
Maximum prize value per winner: $300.
No minimum spend required.
If a purchase exceeds $300, the shopper must pay the difference.
Each person may only win once during the promotion.
Exclusions:
The following purchases are not eligible:
Tobacco and associated products
Alcohol
Gift cards
Services (e.g. medical, dental, physiotherapy, tax agents, x-ray, post office, banks, etc.)
Verification:
Winners will be required to sign an acknowledgment confirming Mt Sheridan Plaza has paid for their items and provide a copy of their Tax Invoice/Receipt for auditing purposes.
Publicity:
Mt Sheridan Plaza may request to photograph winners for promotional use (e.g. on social media). Participation is voluntary, and no additional compensation will be provided.
Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, Mt Sheridan Plaza and its associated agencies accept no liability for any loss, damage, or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize.
Any issues or faults with purchased goods must be directed to the retailer where the items were purchased.
