School Holiday Entertainment Program at Mount Sheridan Plaza
Mount Sheridan Plaza are holding the most exciting April School Holiday program in the far north this Easter. Customers will have the opportunity to enjoy a range of free, fantastic and fun-filled activities highlighting the school holidays for the children and Families of Cairns throughout April 2017.
To help local families make the most out of this school holidays, Mount Sheridan Plaza has put together 2 jammed packed weeks of fun.
Kay Judd, Marketing Manager says, “There is always an adjustment period when the school holidays hit. We aim to make this transition a little easier with an array of fun, free activities throughout the mall over the school holiday period, it’s time to enjoy no school lunches and some downtime whilst keeping the kids busy”
The activities and events will encourage children and parents to experience the wacky and amazing world of science with live science shows brought to you by Street Science. From Monday April 3 to Friday April 7 these incredible shows will take place at 11am and 12noon daily in centre court.
Angela Liversage centre manager says “”School Holidays have become a much anticipated event at Mount Sheridan plaza as excitement mounts for the release of the school holiday programs. The centre prides itself on bringing new and exciting activities free of charge that are appealing to a cross section of our school kids and entertainment for the whole family.”
Free school holiday entertainment doesn’t stop there, from Monday April 10 to Thursday April 13, the Interactive Gaming Station will be in centre court from 10am to 2pm daily. Children will have the opportunity to try new games and consoles from PlayStation to an X Box to the new Nintendo Switch will daily prizes to be won.
Kids will enjoy learning and using there cognitive skills to solve problem and achieve greatness. This is not a skill based competition as ever child will try each and every console.
“Far North Queensland parents and carers are invited to look at the wide variety of activities we have and encourage children of all ages to get involved,” Mrs Judd said
