The Promoter of this promotion is Mount Sheridan Plaza, 106 Barnard Drive, Mount Sheridan 4868 QLD ABN No. 68 266 146 096.
Entry is open to anyone over 18+ shopping at Mount Sheridan Plaza, excluding staff from any Mt Sheridan Plaza retailers, Centre staff members, or tradespersons working on site.
Shoppers will be selected at random (weekdays) from Monday 13th November to Friday 27th November 2023 at Mount Sheridan Plaza.  To be eligible, you must shop in the mall between these dates.
The winner will be notified on the spot. If the winner would not like to participate then Mount Sheridan Plaza staff will select another person and so on. Tobacco and associated products, liquor and the purchase of gift cards are excluded as eligible items within the promotion. Services are also ineligible, including doctors, dentists, physio, tax agent X-ray, post office services, banks etc.
The maximum single purchase will be $250.00. There is no minimum purchase required. If the winner has more than the nominated $250.00, they must pay the difference.
A person can only be selected as a winner once during this promotion.
Winners will be required to sign a form acknowledging that Mount Sheridan Plaza has paid for their items, and Mount Sheridan Plaza will be required to obtain a copy of the Tax Invoice Receipt for auditing purposes.
Mount Sheridan Plaza may ask to take a photo of the winner and use this photo for publicity and marketing purposes (for example, on Facebook), without compensation to the winner.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to) direct or consequential loss or for personal injury as a result of the prize (items purchased).
The Promoter and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim suffered or brought by an entrant relating to this promotion or the purchases. Any issues with the purchases must be directed to the retail store. Faulty products or inferior goods must be returned to the retailer involved, the promoter will not be involved in negotiations regarding any returned items.
Mount Sheridan Plaza reserves the right to alter these Terms & Conditions if the promotion requires any changes to the prize, dates or other details.
